Make your outing even more special with a post-show talk back or meet and greet – or let us help you coordinate a pre-show event at the theater. We can even help your group find nearby restaurants! How to purchase:

Your Perks@Work code is required to receive the discount and must be entered in ALL CAPS. If you have questions or need assistance email or call us at 866.314.7687 Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

  • Select your show and click “Buy tickets now”.
  • Enter your code into the “promo code” field and click “Submit”. Note that the code is active in the upper right corner.
  • Select your night and click “Purchase”.
  • Next, select your seats – the discounted price is automatically applied – then check out and you are set to enjoy a great show at The Granada Theatre.

As we prepare for the 2017-18 season, we wanted to let you know about an important update:

We have upgraded your ‘MyAccount’ ticket portal. You will now be able to check your account balance, see your payment history and change your credit card on file.

To access your new account for the upcoming season, you must set a new password at this time. You will be prompted to use this log-in and password throughout the season to manage your tickets online and other Season Ticket Member events.

  1. Click ‘Forgot Password or Email Address’. Please do not click ‘Sign Up’.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Please log-in, set your two security questions and click ‘Update’.
    If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or call immediately.
  4. To change your password or personal information, click the ‘Account’ tab along with the top header. Click ‘Update Information’ to save changes.
