**Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the show. There is a $1 fee per ticket to exchange by phone, and a $3 fee for online exchanges.
FAQ ABOUT YOUR SEATING CHANGE & UPGRADE REQUESTS
When you renew your seats, you can make a request to upgrade your seats for the next season or request any kind of change. Requests can include, but not limited to, improving your seating, changing performance times or making a custom request such as moving to aisle seats or moving back, etc. Requests can be made verbally over the phone, by making comments during the online process, or by indicating on your renewal form.
When will I hear from you about my seating change requests?
During the renewal period, every seat has the opportunity to be renewed. When the deadline passes, we open up all the seats that don’t get renewed. We can then begin contacting everyone who had made a seating change request and go over the different seating options with you. Generally, this is about 2 weeks after the renewal deadline.
What if I am out of town when you try to contact me about my request?
If you are out of town or unavailable when we are making seating changes, there are several options available. The best is to give us your contact number during that time. We will call and we will also email when it’s your turn to make the seating change. You could designate a friend to authorize changes on your behalf that we could call during that time. You can also tell us when you make your seating request that you authorize the ticketing office to choose the best seats available per your request. Our staff is very knowledgeable about the seating and if we know what you want, we can recommend the seats to best suit your request.
I’ve requested an upgrade in the past, but did not receive different seats. How do I increase the possibility of upgrading my seats?
Seating changes are made in the order of when a payment was made to renew seats. So, the sooner you pay to renew your seats, the closer to the top of the list you will be. Keep in mind, that seating changes from one year to the next all depend on the renewal rates. If every seat in front of you renews, you will not have the opportunity to move forward. Our renewal rates in the theater’s premium areas are very high, so it can be difficult to make changes in those areas

*Savings were calculated by comparing the Member ticket pricing (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, applicable taxes, and per seat Premium subscription fees, if applicable) versus day of-show individual ticket pricing when ordered by phone or internet (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees, service charges, and applicable taxes) for all 2013-2014 season performances of WICKED, SISTER ACT, BRING IT ON, WAR HORSE and RAT PACK SHOW at the Music Hall and the Kauffman Center. Member savings are less when compared to Single ticket buyers who purchase at the box office window without paying handling fees and service charges. Member handling fees, service charges and any applicable per seat Premium membership fees are prorated according to the number of shows in the 2013-2014 basic season membership package.
**A limited number of swaps may be permitted per show and must be made by October 1, 2015. The fee to swap is $1 per ticket. The difference cannot be refunded if you swap into a less expensive performance or section. The difference must be paid if swapping into a higher priced performance or seating location. Limit one swap per season ticket.
†Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the show. Subject to availability at the time of the exchange. The fee to exchange is $1 per ticket or $3 per order online. No refunds will be given if you exchange into a less expensive performance or section. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Individual exchange policies are subject to contractual terms with the show’s producers.
The price of each subscription reflects the face value of the ticket (inclusive of applicable season member discounts), all service charges, handling fees, facility fees and applicable sales tax. All seating is subject to availability. Shows, dates and times are subject to change due to the nature of touring productions. Music Hall shows are presented by Broadway Across America and are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. Kauffman Center shows are presented by Theater League.
