You can purchase additional tickets and save with your member-exclusive discount! As a season member, you have priority access to order tickets to the special engagement RAT PACK CHRISTMAS and additional tickets to every 2015-16 show. If you can’t attend one of your season shows, you have the option to exchange one performance for another of the same show. Ragtime is the week of Easter, please keep in mind if your holiday plans require you to exchange.
Exchanges are also available – you may exchange into another performance of the same show. Shortly before each show in the 2015-16 series, we will send you a show-reminder email including dates, times and any other important information. In this email, also look for our Broadway Benefit Offer. For every show in the series, we partner with one restaurant in the Thousand Oaks area to give you a discount deal on your meal. We want you to have a wonderful experience as a season member, which includes your time eating out before or after the show!
How to take advantage of this offer – A few days before each series show you will receive an email reminder with important details regarding your night at the Civic Arts Plaza as well as your Broadway Benefit Discount Offer coupon. Print the email & bring it to the restaurant, OR you may show the coupon to the waiter on your smartphone. Then, sit back and enjoy!

*Savings were calculated by comparing the subscriber ticket pricing (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees and service charges) for Thursday Evening, Saturday or Sunday Matinee Orchestra/Loge price level versus day-of-show individual ticket pricing when ordered by phone or internet (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees and service charges) for 2013-2014 season performances at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
**Exchanges and swaps must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the show. There is a $2 per seat fee. This is subject to availability at the time of the exchange or swap. Swaps must be made by Oct. 1, 2015. No refunds are given if you exchange or swap into a less expensive performance or section. The difference must be paid if exchanging or swapping into a higher priced performance or section. Individual exchange policies are subject to contractual terms with the touring companies.
