Dear Season Member,
As we prepare for the 2017-18 season, we wanted to let you know about an important update:

We have upgraded your ‘MyAccount’ ticket portal. You will now be able to check your account balance, see your payment history and change your credit card on file.

To access your new account for the upcoming season, you must set a new password at this time. You will be prompted to use this log-in and password throughout the season to manage your tickets online and other Season Ticket Member events.

RESET PASSWORD AND LOG IN

  1. Click ‘Forgot Password or Email Address’. Please do not click ‘Sign Up’.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. You will receive an email with a temporary password. Please log-in, set your two security questions and click ‘Update’.
    If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or call immediately.
  4. To change your password or personal information, click the ‘Account’ tab along with the top header. Click ‘Update Information’ to save changes.
