How can I purchase tickets?

HAMILTON tickets are not yet on sale to the general public. The official ticket seller for all Kansas City Broadway Series shows at the Music Hall (including HAMILTON) is Ticketmaster. All other websites selling tickets are being sold through a third party for inflated prices, and in many cases, your ticket purchase cannot be guaranteed. When purchasing tickets, look at the address bar of your browser to confirm it indicates Ticketmaster.com. The best way to purchase tickets and learn more about each show is through BroadwayInKC.com.


When is HAMILTON performing at the Music Hall?

HAMILTON performs at the Music Hall for 3 weeks, June 18 - July 7, 2019. Season Members will attend June 18 - 23, 2019.


Will the original cast perform in the tour coming to Kansas City?

No. The original cast will not be performing. We encourage you to check out HAMILTON’s tour schedule at the official Hamilton page.


Will Lin-Manuel Miranda be in the show?

No, this will be an all new cast but it will be produced with the same talent, attention to detail and high quality as the Broadway, Chicago and San Francisco productions.


How strong is the demand for tickets?

We anticipate it being strong. Current 2018-19 Season Members will have first access to a limited number of additional HAMILTON tickets and are not guaranteed. Non-members should sign up for our email list to stay informed about updates, including the on-sale date to be announced later.


How much will tickets cost?

Ticket prices have not yet been announced.


When can I purchase individual tickets?

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase?

Why isn’t Hamilton here sooner?

Many factors are considered when presenting a national tour such as availability, routing and demand. We are anticipating a very popular response to HAMILTON and we’re working with the show to ensure that as many people as possible will be able to attend HAMILTON during its premiere engagement in Kansas City.


What is Hamilton about?

HAMILTON is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway, HAMILTON is the story of America then, as told by America now.


How do I get tickets?

Tickets are not yet on sale for HAMILTON to the general public. The best way to stay informed is by signing up for our email list at BroadwayInKC.com. You will receive updates and be the first to know when tickets go on sale. Season Members have their season seats to HAMILTON. Additional tickets for members will be available for purchase at a date to be announced and will be very limited.

What dates will I attend HAMILTON if I'm a Season Member?

When can season members order additional tickets for HAMILTON?

Additional tickets for HAMILTON will be extremely limited. Automatic Renewal Program Members receive priority access to tickets while supplies last. For the latest updates about HAMILTON, watch your email and visit BroadwayInKC.com and the FAQ page.


How many additional tickets for HAMILTON can I order?

Additional tickets are first come, first served and based on availability. There will be a limit as to how many tickets you can order, which we’ll specify at a later time.


How much do additional tickets for HAMILTON cost?

Ticket prices have not yet been announced.


How do I exchange my tickets from one performance to another during the run of HAMILTON?

Exchanges for HAMILTON are extremely limited and are not allowed after the public onsale. More details on when you will be able to exchange your Hamilton tickets will come at a later date.


HAMILTON & Swap A Show

As a season member, you can swap out of HAMILTON or any season show and into one of the season add-ons, THE BOOK OF MORMON or THE SOUND OF MUSIC. You cannot swap out of one season show into HAMILTON. Your deadline to swap out of one season show into either season add-on is October 30, 2018.
