*SAVINGS: Savings were calculated by comparing the subscriber ticket pricing (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees and service charges) for Sunday Evening Gold level versus day-of-show individual ticket pricing when ordered by phone or internet (inclusive of all handling fees, facility fees and service charges) for previous season performances at Orpheum Theatre.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges for most shows must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the show and are subject to availability at the time of the exchange. No refunds will be given if you exchange into a less expensive performance or seating section. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating section. A $1 per ticket fee or $3 per order exchange fee applies. Individual exchange policies are subject to contractual terms with the touring companies.

We understand plans change and sometimes you can't make it to one of your scheduled performances.  If that's the case, we are happy to offer you the benefit of being able to exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show!  Either call one of our friendly patron service representatives at 800.776.7469 or click the link below to exchange online 24/7. All seats available for exchange are visible online.

PARKING

Season members enjoy free parking at the parking facility located at 201 West Van Buren. You must bring your parking pass to be granted access. Parking passes were enclosed with your season tickets. Please contact the box office if you have lost your parking pass for a particular show.
